EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL!!!! My husband and I ETSd here from LOUISIANA and received gift cards from the VA to help with gas. Ive been having problems with the card at three TOPS pumps. I went to two stores to situate the issue and one manager combined the cards. Some how I ended up with a bonus card as well and got confused with the cards. Regardless, Ive never used a TOPs so my confusion is expected and the GIFT CARD does NOT WORK. Store 21 was very respectful but this store on Amherst yelled at ME over the issue which I have ZERO control over. I called the supervisor and she tried helping as much as she could but seemed a bit short in her response when I reported the disrespect. I was very polite through this until I got yelled at. Way to go TOPs. Youve hired some really trashy employees.

I like the gas points , but the prices are too high compared with other stores. I also like the e-coupons that i can use online instead of having to remember to bring coupons with me. The best time to shop there is around a holiday when they have really good sales - especially the buy one get one free sales. The lines are usually very long, with few lines open. I shop here primarily open of familiarity and due to the sheer volume of people at Wegmans that I dont like to deal with, but which is understandable since their prices are so much better.

Went to the gas kiosk at 7:30am to get gas and no one was in there...i called inside the store and the lady said that the guy was coming out... the guy said it would be another 10 mins to start up all the pumps because the person who was suppose to be there didnt show up...mind you the hours for the kiosk are 6am to 11pm so why did it take them an hour and a half from the time it opens, to open it up when the person didnt show up....

Always mediocre service. Prices, well lets say if its not on sale with a coupon your being ripped off, even with the gas points. Tops gas is almost always 10cents a gallon higher than everywhere else. If there is more than a dozen people in the store expect a huge wait at check out even checking yourself out. I would never set foot in tops again if I was not shopping for mom and she insists I go to tops

Im a creature of habit,so Ive been going here for years. The store is clean and organized. I always find great sales that I take full advantage of. I add coupons to my bonus card, use paper coupons, and I take full advantage of the discounts I earn on gas..which they have at this location.

Terrible. One register open, and customers with full carts. The cashier seemed inexperienced. Self checkout was full. 12 people in line there. People getting antsy wanting to check out and go home. This was about 4 pm.
