Liked it before they started hiring the elderly. Nothing against them, except the ones that refuse to learn how to use the technology. Really disappointed with my last visit. The attitude when I wanted to use a reward was uncalled for. She did not follow the proper procedure to redeem the reward. I tried both phone and the physical card. She did not need to constantly badger me to pay with cash. Should have gotten her name, but someone needs to make sure that old gray haired lady with the ponytail can fully do her job, and if you dont like it, please quit. Thank you Starbucks, your customer service is excellent. They saw no issue with my card/reward or account. They placed money on the card for me. Another barista assisted me and had no problems redeeming it.

This is a good place to go if ur in the middle of shopping and get hungry but but a individual trip for it would probibly not be worth it

This Starbucks is closest to home and the staff is super friendly and welcoming (even at 6 AM).
