When going into the store there are a couple helpful people but then the other ones seem like they dont want to be bothered. However, the store is very clean and organized. However, I placed an online order through the website. The drawer set I received was broken. I spoke with a customer service representative via telephone, who didnt know how to do her job. She told me that I would receive the item again on that following tuesday (a couple days after I called about item being damaged) and then someone would be by on Wednesday to get damaged item to return it. An office depot truck showed up to my home on monday to try and get the damaged item and I said I dont have the box because you werent supposed to come until wednesday because the new item with boxes is supposed to be coming on Tuesday. I called on a monday (6 days after the tuesday I was supposed to get the item again) and they said they dont show it being ordered again and now the item is on backorder and there isnt any telling when the item will be available for shipping again. Overall, Im a very very displeased customer. I just wanted everyone to know the stress that youll have to deal with when ordering through Office Depot online.

Feels very limited in comparison to other office depots. Wanted help with offices chairs and they just said "Oh theyre over there." Yeah. I can see the chairs, now please help me them.
