Overall, my visits to Trek have been very informative and pleasant. As a longtime Greenville customer of the Great Escape, I was very curious to see how the store would make the transition to a dedicated Trek retailer. They have done so very well. When I recently found myself in the market for a new bike, I initially visited several shops, including Trek, to learn more about various brands available locally. I also wanted to assess service capabilities. My first visit to Trek was simply for fact-finding, and I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of time the staff spent with me knowing that I was not there to buy a bike. When I returned a month or so later to purchase a bike, the staff was once again extremely helpful. They were informative, thorough, and friendly...a pleasant experience. Josh was particularly helpful. Several days later, I returned for some advice, to have some accessories installed, and have some minor adjustments made and was promptly helped by the service department. No charge. Well done Trek. Ill be back.

I dropped off my new (used) bike this morning to have everything checked out and serviced, being that it is a brand they specialize in. Being a new customer interested in getting more serious into mountain biking, I was disappointed with the service rep. I was expecting more. I opened the door wide for recommendations on upgrades, gear, opinions, etc., but left feeling like he didnt care for my business. Ill refrain from making a final decision on whether to do further business or not until the experience is done. Well see what happens when I pick it up, but the motivation for today is depleted.

Have cycled in the area for years. Have visited many lbs. Very happy that the Trek Store Greenville has returned the expertise and service expected of the local shops to this location. Recently purchased a Trek Fuel ex 8. Sales people went out of their way to find the right bike for me. Made excellent recommendations about upgrades and walked me through the setup and settings for the front and rear shocks. Left with not only a great bicycle but with the knowledge I needed to fine tune the shocks on the trail. Great job Trek Store Greenville. I will be back

I visited Trek Greenville to find some cycling clothing and a helmet for my mom. The staff was very professional and helpful. They give every customer their best one-on-one service, and will go out of their way to greet you and help you find what you need. The prices are a little higher, but the products I bought are still holding up, after regular use, a year later. Their average customer rating is extremely high for a business in todays world. Believe the positive reviews- this is place is worth your time and money. Best bike shop in Greenville, SC.

I typically dont write reviews like this. But I was in this store over the weekend, NEVER In my life have I ever felt descriminated against until Now. I brought my bike in for a fix on the brakes. And the man said to me its going to cost a couple hundred dollars, and Im sure you dont have that. Are freaking kidding me. Actually I did have that kind of money sir! Then took my bike to cycle Haus. And it only took them 15 min to fix my bike and it was a $30 fix. I will never step foot in this place again!

Rick and his staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We were recently in Greenville for the Hincapie Gran Fondo and we shipped three bikes to them to be assembled and disassembled. They did a fantastic job and were extremely efficient and nice. They also gave advice about riding in the area. Friendly service, very fair prices. I will go back to this bike shop when Im back in this area.

First time getting service done here. Was so pleased with how welcoming Josh was (on the telephone and in person!). The service guys come right up and ask how they can help. The folks at this shop made me feel welcome, and I could tell they liked their work. Their service was fast and professional. I have a permanent shop in Greenville now!

Bought 2 bikes here as well as helmets, trailer etc. Bennett the manager always treats me kindly and is respectful. He always makes me feel like I am the most important customer and yet I know he treats all his customers the same way. He even remembered my name which I really appreciated. I am so happy with my whole experience here.

I had some work done at another shop but ended up with new problems. I took the bike to Great Escape for a second opinion and the technician spotted the problem immediately and corrected it on the spot at no charge. They were great about it and I look forward to going back to Great Escape for my future bike needs.

What a great experience! Here for a bike trip and broke a chain, taking me off the road. They got us fixed in half an hour, and only did what needed to be done. Very reasonable cost. Also helped us choose a bike route and shared the Strava information. Excellent folks--thanks for getting us back on the trails!

Went out of their way to help me with a warranty claim. Also sold me a great bike at a great price without being pushy. (Have been using free adjustments for life on the bike and loving it.) Service is friendly, helpful, reasonably priced, and good turn around time. Highly recommend.
