I brought my laptop in because I had broken the screen. I called and spoke with a pleasant guy who gave me a price range and assured me they could address the problem without any problem. I drove 40 minutes to Conway. The guy there first called my computer an "old model" (they are selling identical Toughbooks today). He then asked for the password to "make sure everything was running okay." I assured him that I had no problem other than the broken screen. He quoted me 100% higher range than what was discussed on the phone. He then told me it would be three days before they could do a diagnostic on it and they would get back with me. None of this was reassuring. I took back my computer. I found a tutorial on YouTube, looked up the part on Amazon, ordered it, had it in three days. I replaced the screen myself at 35% of quoted price range without hassling about some made up BS that my well-functioning computer NEEDED and worrying about someone wading through last years tax return. I did not trust that guy a bit. Beware.
