Horrible Service! Who do these employees think they are that they can treat customers with such condensenstion. They have no idea what real customer service should be. Now Im very aware that exchange policies at head shops are usually strict but often times if its a resonable request and unused, people realize that the customer is more important. And it wasnt the fact that he originally sold me something broken or that he denied my request, it was the manner in which he spoke to me. There is never a need to be rude or condesending towards anyone, especially not a customer. Theyve definetly lost my business and hopefully that of everyone else that I can convince, all over a piece that Im sure cost them less than $5 if they were selling it for $15.

So to save you from this long read... 1)horrible service 2) service member not educated in his field 3) minimal selection of hookas Absolutely worst experience. I am new to hooka i wanted a starter set up and the guy working would only come over and help after 12 loudly projected questions. Almost left with no charcoal or tobacco ( thank god for google). Total comes out to close to a hundred dollars and after a half an hour of self research and looking at the minimal selection of hookas i needed to use the bathroom and hit the brakes cause it for employees only. No matter how much you spend if it wasnt for the location i knew would have never spent a dime there

Waited, and waited, and WAITed and WAITED. The guy in the shop seemed to be happy to do anything but even aknoledge I was in the store. A real waste of time to even go there. They obviously dont want your business. They obviously didnt want mine either. Maybe if I went behind the counter and started taking things then maybe he would have at least said hi.

Amazing experience!!! The force is strong with this shop. The biggest selection, most knowledgeable staff and best prices in town. By far the best shop in South Carolina. These boys know their stuff and can set you up with exactly the things you need. Also, they are all super polite and sexy! Every other shop is simply inferior. They even carry R2 units!!!

Horrible customer service , also the employee enegery was very off and unpleasant . If you want a cheap Chinese piece just get it off the internet. Not worth the drive Ive been to headshops in almost every state in the east coast and this one deffinately did not impress . The merchandise was bland and overpriced !

After an unpleasant experience at a different head shop we tried purple haze out in Folly Beach, I explained to the people working what had just happened and Steve and Seth made sure the same experience wasnt shared twice as they were very attentive and professiona. I will be back.. and soon!

This was my second time coming into this store. The first time I needed a few simple items no big deal. But this time I was going out of town for a few weeks and the gentleman working was very helpful. Currently a week into my trip and everything turned out great. Will be returning for sure!

Great experience all around. I was promptly greeted by an employee who showed me to the item I was looking for. Awesome selection of glassware ranging from single blown spoons to massive beautiful works of art. I would without a doubt reefer a friend to Purple Haze.
