as a glassblower, who also deals with this store, i can say with confidence that they buy decent glass. however, as with anything in life, things get broken. we deal in glass...... it happens. from the stores standpoint.... you say you bought a cracked piece.... then why the hell did you use it for 2 days first. i would not be able to make a swap either. thats a good way to lose a good store. if they handed out glass to every dumbass who broke something..... they have to give to everyone..... myself included. its a business. and a relatively profitable one being that glass will always break if mistreated. use you noggin dude.

Not too impressed with the customer service here. I was sold a cracked piece of glass that broke, and when I went back two days later expecting the same level of service I was sorely disappointed. In a condescending manner, I was told there was no way she would exchange the broken piece or even give a discount on a new one. I would not recommend Island Tobacco.
