I really liked making all of my purchases at this place until recently. They have a decent selection and usually helpful employees. However, my last visit made me never want to return. I was the only person in there, and the employee was not only disinterested in helping me, but was rude and flippant when I asked him questions. Unfortunately this was the ONLY store that had what I needed (otherwise I most definitely would have gone elsewhere) and there wasnt so much as a "thank you" or "please come again" or even just a smile when I checked out. It was uncomfortable enough to deter me from ever returning...but I doubt they even care.

15 minutes of my life Ill never get back. They should advertise that they have no testers! Oh well, Ill do it for them. I have never been to a vape shop that didnt allow you to try the e juice. When I asked the guy he said "because of our location, people steal the testers." Heres a tip, dont have the display/testers right by the front door where thieves can walk out with them. As far as vaping hardware goes, the selection is minimal and somewhat overpriced compared to other local shops.There are some cool "tobacco smoking" devices if youre into that scene...

Great experience! I recently picked up a Vape to quit smoking at Glassworx. The owner James was working and his customer service was nothing short of excellent. He walked me through everything and answered all of my questions (and I had many). I would recommend Glassworx, without any reservations! I will surely be stopping back again soon.

Both locations are wonderful! The owner is passionate and is an artist himself, which shows throughout the quality of the glass as well as in the environment of the stores. I would recommend both, east carson and lawrenceville locations, for all of your smoke/vape needs!

Really cool spot! Smoke shop meets art gallery vibe - was a refreshing change from all other cluttered impersonal smoke shops Ive been to. The owner was really friendly & knowledgeable & I got the most beautiful hand made dab rig that I absolutely love!

I went there the first week it was open. The man at the front desk was really cool and helpful. He was also EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the products. The prices were reasonable and they had a wide selection. They even had organic e liquid!

Best place to go to get ur glass bowls. They have everything u need to get started if ur a beginner. The vapor part of the store is ok but not alot of juice flavors but they do have hemp vapor oil.
