Ive been there three times, each time i was sold stale tobacco, and when i returned they wouldnt help me. The ladies dont know the product they sell. The price would be great if the product was fresh. They are in a prime location and yet close at 7 pm. But if your not there by 6:55 you dont get in, even if youre standing outside the door, they will look at you while they lock you out. They lock the door 5 minutes early every day. If you get done with work late dont waste the gas. If price is what your worried about Im sure you could find the same price someplace else, giant eagle carries tobacco and Its always fresh but a couple dollars more. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone

I attempted to go there for the first time last night. I raced to make it there by 7 pm to grab a cigar for my boss as a last moment holiday gift. The outside sign said "open" still, so I was relieved I didnt race there for nothing. As I approached the front door, the young man at the front of the store smiled as he slammed the door in my face at 6:54 pm. I guess I arrived too close to 7 pm, and would have ruined his evening.

i love it here, the lady that works there in the morning is super nice and very helpful! Ive been shopping here since I moved back to the burgh 8 years ago and I have never received stale product. You wont find a nicer place in the city to buy your smokes its awesome inside plus they have my zagnuts there smokes n candy best combination ever
