I had the first complacent, rude, unfriendly encounter w a cashier I have ever had at a cvs, and I have been a loyal customer since 1999. I have shopped cvs pharmacies from Birmingham, San Diego, to here and everywhere in between. Thursday night (11/10/16 8:50pm) I was checking out and had a 20% off coupon that wasnt on my card bc it was in my email & could not be sent to my card. The lady offered no help or guidance. She stared at me as I looked on my phone for answers and THEN tells me, yeah, you have to print it. She treated me w disrespect and had a passive aggressive, condescending tone. My friend was shocked at how rude she was to me. Cvs is my only pharmacy. I have always had wonderful experiences, and I am recognized by the other cashiers in west Ashley and usually in this store. I dont know where this employee came from, but I hope I NEVER see her at this one again. She is not CVS worthy. I have my receipts emailed to me, so I did not receive a survey opportunity. I think the people who gave this pharmacy 5 stars were thinking of the wrong location. This CVS is old and the pharmacy is the worst. Ive honestly never had to wait so long anywhere else. The last time I was there they made me wait 5 minutes to hand them a prescription I simply wanted to drop off! They always seem overworked, stressed out and unapologetic. And now they close at 6pm on Saturday?? I transferred my prescriptions there because my insurance works with CVS exclusively, but Im seriously considering paying more to go ANYWHERE ELSE.

I have shopped a several CVS across the lowcountry, but this store is by far the best! I have never seen a CVS this clean and organized. The Management team goes out their way to help and the employees are so friendly and polite. I really enjoy shopping here. Thanks to Mr. Ernest and his staff.

The Pharmacy staff is always friendly, knows the latest information on medication and interactions, and always has useful advice on how to take medications. I have been going to them for years and have never had a bad experience with them. Recommend them highly!

I would give them 0 stars if it were possible. The absolute worst pharmacy there is with the least helpful pharmacists. I have never had as many problems with getting a prescription filled correctly as I have here. Do yourself a favor and go to riteaid.
