On May 30th I dropped off three rolls of film. The manager told me in one week I could pick them up. I showed up on the 6th of June to find out they had no idea where my film was or that I even submitted it to them. They told me they would call me, never did. I call again a few days later and they still have no idea where it is and to no surprise told me they would call me in a day or two. No call. This periodically happened again and again. Today is June 20th and Im only getting it now for nearly $50 dollars. No one seemed to even care about how long it took or their lack of information on this calamity. I also did not know they keep and destroy the negatives. 10/10 would never suggest getting film developed through them. Terrible first experience. This truly was the worst customer service Ive ever received. Ive never written a review for any store in my life. The way they handled this compelled me to do so. I certainly will never step foot in a Walgreens again.

Worst experience ever. Pharmacy employees obviously hate their job and customers. Refused to sell life saving insulin that was immediately needed. Had medical card in hand for diabetes and insulin info not to mention have purchased it there many times before but refused. Doctors offices are closed at this time mind you. Part of being a pharmacist is compassion and helping people basicly was told to take a hike...really. its your JOB do it. How about help a patient that could literally die in front of you. Calling corporate tomorrow.

The new store is a disaster. Almost broke an axle in driveway. Mostly new personnel in pharmacy and rest of store. Lost track of my prescription. No one seems to know where anything is. Cashier was about to short change me $2 on a $4 dollar item but I caught it. Said she didnt have her glasses? Totally different store layout from previous where I had shopped for over 30 years. Im sure it will get better over time but for now, prepare to be disappointed and watch your change.

The brunette wearing blue in pharmacy needs an attitude adjustment. If she doesnt like her job she should stay home and find another career path. She has a complete lack of regard for treating a customer with dignity. Now the actual pharmacist in white, she was awesome. Took care of the problem and didnt make excuses for why she couldnt do something which is why Ive upped my review from 1 to 3 stars

We have been using this branch of Walgreens for 2 years now. My wife and I are very pleased with their level of customer service and help with our medications. Several times they have helped us save money and told us how to have our medications revised by the doctor to save money. Their helpful staff have been amazing!

Came here while on vacation for a prescription called in at 11:20. Pharmacist couldnt find it, so I call back to teledoc and wait for over another hour, all while there are email confirmations that the rx has been received. I come in to show the pharmacist and he goes on break. The worst Walgreens experience Ive had.

Its good if you need something late at night. Unfortunately the pharmacy doesnt take insurance from a very large employer in Charleston, which is disappointing. Ive seen rude customer service and Ive seen ok customer service. Meh.

New location for Walgreens that was right next to current spot. Pretty large inventory and probably the nicest pharmacy/convenience store on James Island. Staff is pretty young but they try to be helpful.
