Horrible! I ordered custom arrangements for a funeral. I wanted a crayola themed one and a wine glass filled with flowers to look like wine.(I supplied wine glass, stuffed animal and crayons) I was charged $100 and I got a glass full of carnations (ten) in florist foam covered in tissue paper and a horribly tacky carnation arrangement with pastel colors. They duck taped my stuffed animal and crayon box to a white plate and the cheesy flowers were in a brown vase. There was about 20 carnations total. After complaining I got a "sorry you feel that way" response with a cocky attitude. In no way shape or form did he try to make the situation right or even better. They should be embarrassed of their work.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They charged $100 for 20 carnations. That is unbelievable. This was for a funeral, and I truly feel it is the definition of gouging your customer. When they were approached with complaints, they hung up the phone. No effort to make things right or offer an apology. We didnt even ask for any money, we were just expressing how dissatisfied we were that all of our requests were ignored, and were billed $100 for TWENTY CARNATIONS (no fancy vase, no add-ons, etc). I have heard good things about this place in the past, but apparently there is new management and things have changed. I would recommend anyone take their business elsewhere.

During Valentines Day week, I ordered funeral flowers. Despite the hecticness, they were very patient and accommating. And the flowers were exquisite.
