I am not a student at JWU, but I pick my husband up from work nearby, and this is a good place to kill time if necessary. I am always impressed by the friendliness, efficiency and proficiency of the staff; in fact, I have found that these students are better trained (and more polite) than at most regular Starbucks locations. Gets busy sometimes (I am guessing right before or after classes) but in between the rushes, it is actually pretty quiet, and it is usually filled with kids studying.

Nice location. However, you have to pay for parking around that area because of the university and the city regulation, which makes it harder for me to go there.
