I dont usually post negative reviews, but I felt compelled to write one about flight, mainly because the customer service was so unprofessional. The decor and scene inside is lovely you cant deny that. Very trendy. I stopped in with my husband last night on our anniversary date to grab a coffee after dinner. First of all the barista seemed annoyed when we walked in. It was 830, 30 minutes before closing. When my husband asked if they had a dark roast she rolled her eyes as if we just asked if they served Dunkin Donuts. We then had to listen to a three minute dissertation as to why dark roasting coffee ruins the beans. After all that he got a cup of the only coffee they were brewing and I ordered a latte. Both were absolutely horrible. Maybe shes right... Maybe we just dont "understand" coffee, but weve both been drinking it for over 20 years and this was the worst cup of coffee weve had yet :/

I came in to the Dover Location, and Ill preface this review with the fact that it is gorgeous in there. This place has a ton of potential. However, the product doesnt hold up. I ordered both a Latte for while I was there, and got a cold brew coffee to go. The lattee was both sour and far more bitter than it should have been, and way overpriced for what you got. I couldnt finish it. I got the cold brew next to see if they would have better luck with that, and that just tasted like coffee that was put in the refrigerator. Cold brew is typically done to remove acidity of regular coffee, and this wasnt smooth at all. This place has potential, but it isnt there yet.

For the love of coffee! After driving 2+ hours, passing up numerous fast food coffee chains, we stumbled upon the closed doors of Dovers yet to open Flight Coffee Co. Welcomed with a pleasant greeting from the owner, who sympathized with our search for gourmet coffee, we were taken in and brewed a personal cup. This intimate experience, topped off with the owners best crop of self-roasted Ethiopian beans was nothing short of fantastic to the taste buds. The decor of the newly renovated space is timeless and classy. Look forward to another cup the next time I pass through Dover. Thank you Flight Coffee Co.

THE best hang-out environment and coffee in town! In my opinion, Flight does the best job of sourcing great coffee and roasting it to perfection. The pour over bar is such a treat! I am glad theyve been playing with bakery items and Im stoked they are doing live music and beer/wine now. I havent been to an evening show yet, but think its awesome theres a good venue for the musicians to showcase their work.

I arrived at 09:15 The paper taped to the door reads open at 09:00. The door was open so i walked in to find it was dark so I called out and no one answered, I also noticed there no coffee bean aroma. Better luck next time I thought, its a good thing we have K-cups at work. Good luck bro..thanks for wasting my time.

I moved to NH from west coast and was worried I wouldnt find a roaster who was passionate about coffee! I was thrilled to find Flight. Coffee is amazing. Owner is passionate and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of craft roasting. Go on Saturday and check out their tasting room !!!

Best coffee for espresso I have found. I have it shipped to me in Indiana routinely even though there are many coffee roasters here in Indianapolis. The service is impeccable and they go out of their way to make sure youre happy

If you think you like real coffee because you get the dark roast at Starbucks, its time to move up in the world and try the real stuff.

This review is only in reference to the beans they sell at the roaster - Nice flavorful coffees, really love the lift off espresso!
