Terry who is the co-owner of this location is fabulous. The service she offers is phenomenal and she goes to great lengths to accommodate your taste and expectation. After my first experience with picked jalapenos (below) she acquired fresh jalapenos specifically for me. Original review: I was excited to see that this restaurant served a jalapeno bagel and also jalapeno cream cheese. My excitement was short-lived because the jalapeno bagel was flat in height and lacked the texture of a bagel. It felt like a bread with jalapenos and some spices in the dough. The jalapeno cream cheese did not hit the spot and in the end it seemed as though both the bread and the cream cheese were made from pickled jalapenos instead of fresh jalapenos. This took away from the flavor of jalapenos and made the presence of vinegar overwhelming. I was not impressed by the pot coffee. It was too acidic and almost tasted burnt. I tried their dark roast and their breakfast blends. I will visit this place once again for their muffin and another selection of their bagels.

I go there for their breakfast sandwiches and muffins they are the best however if you order a bagel with cream cheese you can taste that they use the same spreader for all the flavors and bagels. I got a chocolate chip muffin with strawberry cream cheese and taste onion same for my cinnamon toast bagel. Would be worth 5 stars if I got the flavors I wanted in my cream cheese and bagels, I no longer order them. Just sticking to sandwiches and muffins.

5 Stars just isnt enough. Not only is the food super fresh (eggs cooked fresh as you order, not ahead of time) but it is also delicious. There is something like 900 combinations of bagels and toppings you can get. And the muffins.....nuff said. And dont get me started on the Chai, it is the best around. The women there are super sweet and work their butts off. Thank you ladies! See you in the AM

Ive honestly not tried too many muffins, although the ones i have were delicious. The bagels however are to die for. So many tasty bagels and cream cheese combinations to choose from. Also they probably have some of the best coffee in RI, bar none. Dont be fooled by the fact that the coffee is self serve and has no barista, its amazingly good.

The set up is good, the sandwich selection is Good. How ever I went there for coffee. Upon asking for a white chocolate mocha, one lady asks the other lady if she can make one, the lady responded with a look that said she didnt feel like making one. So she told me the esspresso machine was broke. And to get a regular coffee.... right. Good job
