Somebody at the front of the drive-thru ordered a buy one get one deal at 1:50 pm but it the deal didnt start until 2 pm. So they had them wait 10 minutes and hold up traffic. Great for the people getting the deal. Awful for the other 6 people in line with no movement.

my brother has a dairy allergy and requested a frapp with a dairy free milk and was denied. They claimed it was against company policy when other Starbucks in the area have allowed it!!!! VERY RUDE AND NASTY!

Go here all the time. Usually the same group of people are sitting at the seats talking a bit too loud. Kind of annoying, but the staff is plenty nice and fast.
