Had to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star after my mother in law stopped to grab me a coffee & sandwich on Saturday, she waited 20 min for the food and then was told it was because we wanted the eggs over hard. I get a sandwich multiple times a week there and it has NEVER taken more than 10min. When she went there again this morning and got coffee she was asked if she wanted food and she said she wouldnt be purchasing food there again. She was trying to purchase just her coffee with her free coffee card ( buy 10 coffees, get one free) and was told she wouldnt be getting it for free and must pay for it... I am very disappointed in the way this complaint was handled and it is going to force me to find a new local coffee shop to support.

The woman at the counter looked super annoyed that we wanted to look over the menu on our first time here. We ordered poppy bagels which they didnt have after she was short with me and said "we have every kind of bagel". Egg and cheese was dry and mediocre at best. We also ordered a muffin and donut which she COMPLETELY ignored while she flirted with the guy behind us. Coffee was good. I WILL NOT be back. Dont waste your time.

Common Grounds gave not only me, but two of my friends an extremely quality experience. Right off the bat one can tell the environment is exceptional, seeing friendly faces throughout. The food is phenomenal. My buddy, when asked about his seseme seed bagel, replied "They put the best amount of butter on this. I dont get how." I think thats the best way to describe how good they are. I dont get how.

Service was good, ladies were amazingly nice. Coffee however... disgusting and overpriced. it was $4.21 for two hot mediums. Not to mention the coffee tasted like watery soup, wasnt even very HOT, and had palpable grounds. Sorry ladies, but yours definitely wasnt my cup of joe.

Good Food

Good food and good selection of coffee flavors BUT they water down their coffee. They used to serve better coffee, but lately its been very watered down- very disappointed. Waste of money to buy watered down coffee!

Me and my friend go b4 school and we get really gr8 service and iced coffie is done better then dunkins does have a ton of sugar in it but yummy
