While there are a ton of books up and down the shelves, many of them are unfortunately inaccessible because they are so high up. Organization is unclear at first but if you look closely some, not all, of the shelves are labeled by genre. Cute window seat for reading, table in the back to sit down at. The employee was at a sort of make-shift counter/desk and was very friendly. Many comics. Perfectly located down the street from White Electric Coffee.

I called this store to inquire whether they had a copy of an out of print novel by Georges Perec that I wished to give to a friend. With luck, they did. I grabbed the crosstown bus at the stop outside my East Side apartment, and arrived mere minutes later. The bookstore was charming, and the woman at the register, seeing I was purchasing a book in translation, recommended to me several women Francophone writers. I will definitely visit again.

I used to live near there I ACTUALLY LOVE IT THEY HAVE ALL TYPES OF reading materials (books,Comics,Loved the artwork.) I actually miss it and there are Certain comic books I am trying to find and where I am Currently NO COMIC BOOK STORES have heard of them. Anyone ever heard of the Comic books called SHI Let me know

Intimate bookstore with cozy window seats, helpful owner and organized stock. I usually like my used bookstore kinda messy so its like a scavenger hunt but this one is a nice change of pace. Quiet atmosphere too. Recommended.

Small, and there arent no sections for science fiction, fantasy, etc.; just fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and foreign languages. Its also pretty warm. But the books are very reasonably priced, and I found a treasure.

Best used bookstore in Providence for literary fiction, graphic novels and poetry. Hell always have just just the volume youre looking for. Prices are more than reasonable.
