I received a gift card and came in to purchase a few books. I did not appreciate the salesperson, blond woman with an English accent following me around the store almost shoulder to shoulder with me. Is this a case of shopping while black? Wont be back to this location and will encourage other people of color not to visit this location.

I dont take kindly to establishments that take it upon themselves to sensor things for the general public. They do not have the #1 best seller because he is a Republican advocate for Trump. Im very disappointed. Amazon only from now on.

Great store well organized clean bathrooms Starbucks attached great sales staff very helpful and nice lots of kids programs too. Lots of parking easy to get in and out.

I love this store, its atmosphere and a great book selection. This is my go to place for knitting magazines. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Although they removed some if the comfy chairs, B&N is a relaxing place to browse books. The nearby Starbucks is a bonus.

Even though this is a chain and they all look the same, this store is really well laid out. Great selection here!
