Wow!...I cant believe these reviews...are you people sure you even have the right store (especially considering that the picture is NOT the Comic Store on Main St. Nashua, NH by any means)...I have been a loyal customer of the Comic Store for well over 8 years, and, I wouldnt go anywhere else!...The service is absolutely wonderful...the staff goes above and beyond to help (they even pull all my comics for me when Im sick or cant make it in)...As far as the comments about the owner, wow again!...You people couldnt be more off base...He has a great sense of humor (I ALWAYS leave the store smiling/laughing) and his knowledge of comics both new and old is unsurpassed (as well as the rest of the staff...and as for the staff, I actually make sure I have extra time when I go to get my books just because they are GREAT to just talk with)...So, the bottom line is if you want: smart, knowledgable, funny/good natured service and GREAT deals, the Comic Store is the place for you...if you want to believe the other reviews and shop elsewhere, then I feel sorry for you because you are truly missing out!...Ohhh and one last comment for the person who wrote, "collectors should avoid this place like the plague"...hes right if you are allergic to great quality and prices....This is the ONLY comic store that I been to that they treat you not as a customer, but, as a friend(been collecting since I was 9....I am 48 now) ...plus their back stock and sales are awesome too!...Give them a try, you wont be disappointed (if you are I will eat my Amazing Spider-Man #129!!!)

I use to shop at there other store all the time for comics and D&D stuff. I always loved there other shop. I stopped by there new location to check it out and was happy to see that the service and quality have not changed. Im guessing the bad reviews below are nothing more then people being a**holes or a competing store. The MikeB review reaks of this if that women is such a great blogger then 1 why not say her name and give her blog credit and 2 if she is such a great blogger then she would be writing her own reviews about stores. When you read enough reviews about places you start to pick up which ones are fake and which ones are legit. Anyways check the store out for yourself, make your own opinion... its not like there are many comic book stores to chose from :)

I have been going to the store (old and new locations) for over 15 years. They have a great selection of new stuff, some nice discounts on old games, and a great collection of a wide variety of geeky stuff from Manga and Anime through figures, board games, miniatures game and card games. Staff is always willing to answer questions and will do their best to get in an unusual order if they can. The new location even offers some limited gaming space available to meet and play with other gamers from the area. As for some of those low reviews, some of them certainly appear to be fake reviews entered by the competition -- some even including a pointer to the other store!

A very famous woman comic book blogger who is well known in the comic book world happened to stop in this shop this past weekend in Nashua NH and loves to see the ambiance of a local shop and who is running these shops. She told me that this owner was rude and dismissive. "It was as if how dare a woman come into his store?" Guess he must be independently wealthy cause if he keeps acting like this he will be working at McDonalds any day...

I like graphic novels more that comic books and this place has two walls lined with graphic novels. I wanted to get "Bone" for my nephew for Christmas and Double Midnight Comics in Manchester said that it was out of print (?) and it was also out of stock at Amazon but they had it right on the shelf here. Also, when I went to check out they gave me a discount because, according to the clerk, Tuesday is graphic novel discount day.

They have a great selection of comics and games, probably the best in southern NH. They also stock lots of Warhammer which is why I personally go there as well as all of the board games you could hope to find. Their game selection is pretty much at cost, but they do have a decent punch system so if you shop there more frequently you will end up saving some money.

The only reason Im not glad this store moved so close to us is that now we spend too much money there! :-D Its a nice store. The guys are helpful and very patient with my two boys (9 & 11). They have a large selection of comics and a really large selection of fun toys, cards, gaming paraphernalia... everything your budding geek could want! :-D

these guys are great. of course there are comics, but they also have toys, games, and just about anything you could want. If they dont have it, theyll order it for you. Prices are more than fair and they are owned by a local guy not a corporation. I highly recommend this place. they also have gaming nights that are a lot of fun.

prices are stupid high. lacking skills in customer relationship. they only care about making money and careless about the everyday collector. way better comic stores around that is in it for the customer. I found comics in 1$ bin went to go buy them and the guy said sorry we ment to up the price on these awhile ago......

Best comic store around in my opinion. They have the best selection of not just comic books, but games and accessories too. There arent too many stores left that have an old school gamer feel to them, but this is one of them. I always look forward to taking a trip to Nashua every weekend to pick something up.

Service is knowledgeable and selection is awesome from comics to statues and paint. Most everything I am looking for was here. Only down side is that customers and really mess the place up quick not putting back comics in the right area to make searching for what you need at times a bit of a pain.

Huge selection of gunpla! Great atmosphere and friendly reception. Large store with other areas for sports cards, comics, and playable games. Owner commented on three cases of models waiting to be priced... Wish I Had the Time to help out and exchange labor for some new models.

Ive been to quite a lot of comic stores in the area and I feel like this store has a weaker back issue stock than other places Ive been. The guys that work there are great but thats probably the best thing about it. To cramped, to many toys not enough comics.

Fantastic long-lived comic and game store. Huge selection of back issues, manga, boardgames, old and new Magic cards, figurines, Gundams, and a whole lot of other geek culture. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Also has gaming events.

Yunfa Chen

A very cool store that offers weekly releases, back issues, Graphic novels, tabletop gaming and toys. Is well stocked with Gundam Models, leftover manga and anime dvds. Owner is very nice and the shopping experience was memorable.

Dont go here unless you want to get harassed and taken. They will sell you low grade crap at exorbitant prices. True collectors should avoid this place like the plague. Your better off going to Chriss comics - Salem and Seabrook.
