Excellent customer service! Starting with Kristen an Christine at the front desk, to Dr. Benjamin Klibanoff, who has a natural professionalism to ensure the best quality result. The most impressive was Gabriela, the establishment manager, who personally oversaw my examination from the beginning to when I was fully satisfied with the results.

Very nice setup. But I went in to pick up my glasses and Im still waiting . . . its been half an hour . . . I dont understand why , theres a total about 3 patients in here. It took her legitimately 3 minutes to give them to me, shake my head. I would not recommend this eye care to anyone. Thank you.

Went to this place for an eye exam waited 1 hr 20 min for the optometrist. Simple eye exam cost me 25$ last year in warwick.Klibinoff charged my hsa acct 280 bucks. My hsa paid it like fools. DONT USE THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. TRYING TO GET MY HSA TO GET SOME OF MY CASH BACK..
