For years, I went to one of the larger chains, but when my glasses broke, the chain store didnt have the parts to fix the glasses they sold me. They recommended that I try Optical View. I headed there and got an instant repair. While I waited I noticed the incredible choice of of frames. They had all kinds of brands and styles I hadnt seen at my regular place. Needless to say, I bought my new glasses there. Theyre trifocals which, in the past needed a lot of adjustment--but not here-- they were right the day I picked them up. And-- I get tons of compliments on my new frames. This place is terrific!

I have worked with Karyn for 8 years. I am very happy with the quality and the service. I did have one pair for glasses and the prescription, for whatever reason, didnt work for me and she gladly had it changed. I moved our of metrowest and stupidly used another place in 2013. The quality was horrible and the price was higher. So I made the 20 mile trek back to use the Optical View for my most recent pair.

Topnotch, patient, humor-laden service for my preteen daughter who got a pair of contact lenses for the first time. And the optometrist even threw in a couple of magic card tricks as well! Highly recommend.
