I just got AMAZING customer service over the phone from a lovely woman who assured me that she could help me with my needs just two days before Christmas! Good customer service is hard to find in ANY Rhode Island fabric shop Ive ever been to (Lorraines, the old Fabric Place and Joann Fabrics) so this is my new fabric store. I will tell everyone I know how gracious they were and that they had my odd request in stock!

Nestled in a small plaza on a never-ending street is this gem. As a young and first time clothing maker I had been searching providence for fabric stores to no avail when I found this store. It appeared small, but I gave it a shot anyway...thank god I did! They had a vast selection of fabrics which lead to me to find the perfect print for my dress. If youre looking for quality and quantity, this is your store!

Absolutely the best fabric store in Rhode Island. After moving here from Arizona, I was appalled at the horrific customer service in stores like Michaels, Joannes and Lorraine Fabrics. I thought Id have to rely on internet purchases. Then I found this store and I am so happy. They have so much fabric and the staff are always so pleasant. This is a wonderful place. I love it.

great selection, great customer service. i was there unknowingly 25 minutes after closing, and the lady working didnt act annoyed in the least--i didnt know it was after closing until i left the store and saw her turn the lights off! she was very helpful and courteous.

This store is a quilters paradise! More than half of the store is quilting cotton. Every shelf is jammed packed. Most of the quilting fabric is $5.99 a yard. The highest price I saw was $11.99 for a batik. This will be my first stop when starting projects from now on!

Fantastic selection of fabrics, organized store and extremely helpful and knowledgeable proprietor and staff! My favorite place to browse and buy! and buy... and buy! Highly recommend. Prices are so reasonable and quality of fabric is terrific!
