This was my first experience with TWG Fabrics, I ordered a custom window treatment for my master bedroom, and before I share my comments lemme make a disclaimer that I rarely write reviews, but this is an exception!!!! I was impressed on the overall service but specifically on the extremely professional and clear communication on the time my order will arrive, the precise details on when it will be installed and which agent will show up at my door step and when, I have never had such experience with any of my previous window treatment orders with any other company, if anything is was more the opposite........ Norman was in touch with my by email or phone, and when I informed him of a slight problem It was resolved in less then 24 hours. I am truly amazed of each and every step of this purchase. As an employee of another large retailer I understand better that Customer Service is the key and most important ingredient to build a successful company.

We purchased a Hunter Douglas shade for our foyer window which was 74" wide by 58" long. Norman of TWG Fabrics came to our home and helped us with selecting the right shade for the window. He came with the installer when the shade was delivered, and both were professional and courteous. The day after installation, we noticed that there were two small spots on the shade which were actually factory defects. We texted photos of the defects to Norman, and he immediately ordered a replacement shade which was delivered to our house. The replacement shade was perfect. TWG Fabrics stand by their products and provided excellent service. We would definitely use them again.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with the folks at TWG. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable in all aspects of what we were looking for in our brand new home. From the initial consultation to the installation and even when we had questions or issues, Norman came out personally to our home. I would highly recommend Norman and his team for any blinds shades or the liking. If I were to have one complaint it would be the quickness of how quick they came out when we were having an issue. However when he did come, he helped us solve our issues or find a way to help. Very satisfied customer.

Mendel was very helpful with offering different options, the fabric choices and traverse rod selection. Norman was wonderful with the planning and installation and took the time to come to the house to discuss the project. Addie was patient and worked with me until the curtain looked perfect.
