Everytime I go to this Home depot I get the worse customer service in the history of bad customer service. Every time I ask a question to an employee they either answer with and attitude as if im annoying them or if they dont know they just say I dont know anything about it and not offer to get someone who can actually help, and just continue walking. Its happened every single time I go in to buy something. Not only has it happened to me its happened to my family and several friends. Now I boycotted this home depot and go to the one in Exeter. They treat people with respect and answer your questions and really want to help. They have knowledgeable people and the saff if very friendly. Its ashame the Wyomissings branch cant learn a thing or two about good customer service.

I was told my faulty Rigid impact/drill set would need to be fixed.Tool rental man said he will order a new motor and be done in 3 weeks.5 weeks later he now changed the story until " i wont be able to get to it for 3-4 weeks and we are still waiting on parts.I need this gun for work.I am in that story Regularly for last 5 weeks and i YET to see that guy work on ANY tools.I see him chit chating in front of tool rentals with other employees.And ALWAYS complaining on how busy and backed up he is.What a joke.THats exactly what is wrong with this country.Lazy people getting away with half ass work ethics.I should have bought Makita like i went to the store to buy.Home Depot employee talked me into getting this Rigid Crap.Years ago Rigid was ok...Not anymore.

The worst sales staff I have ever seen. The cashiers are friendly enough, but the floor staff is just horrendous. I cant tell you how many time I have gone in and the only sales person is standing at the back of the tool section chatting it up with some old friends, and when I stand and wait to ask them where something is they totally ignore me and continue on with there 30min conversation. I usually end up looking up the item on my phone after I have searched the store and waited for the sales person to help me for like 30min. The crazy thing is that this has happened multiple times. They just stand and chat in this one little area with there buddies. Every time I go in here I wish I had gone to Lowes

This is my favorite home depot. The best customer service Ive ever seen. And the floor associates are helpful without being oberbearing. (Although sometimes you need to ask before getting help, which I kinda like). Good selection of tools, but HD makes it a breeze to order tools in through the app. Common lumber is frequently in good supply. Im in this location just about 4-5 times a week during the spring and summer when Im working on projects, and I couldnt be more pleased. (Well, I could if they had a section of oak, maple, walnut, cherry, or the countless others but thats a tall order, HA)

There was A woman by the name of Jean that helped my fiance with plumbing he knew absolutely nothing about it and she took him to all the parts that he needed and explain things Cleary I have never met such a knowledgeable woman working in home depot lowes or any home supply place. God-bless her she is amazing she is definitely an asset to your company.We will definitely continue to be going to home depot because of her, you ought to give her a raise

Went for some wood to be cut into shorter pieces. Waited almost 2 hours for help... everyone someone came over and said oh just few more minutes... couldnt wait any longer due to my 9 months getting upset.... horrible service...

Some of your products are better then lowes but customer service and employee courtesy is much better at Lowes! So sorry but its the truth. Much more helpful at lowes and more pleasant
