I went there on 9/4/16 to purchase school shoes for my son. I had already went inside the mall to look for shoes and they pretty much all a had the but one get one half off deals going on including Shoe Carnival. They have limited selections and sizes as far as casual/dress shoes which made my shopping experience very stressful and disappointing. I guess people were really buying shoes up those past few days...sheesh

Excellent customer service, the staff is friendly and always ready to help assist me with all my shoe questions. However, I think it is a disgrace they are open on Thanksgiving. Who is really coming in on Thanksgiving to purchase shoes at great quality prices?? It seems unfair to the workers and the management to have to leave their families on Thanksgiving to come into a store that will most likely be empty anyway.
