Long story short very deceptive practices. Called to ask about ring sizing. Said they can quote over the phone without seeing the ring. So my fiancé took both of our rings to be checked. She calls me from the place of business and puts me on the phone with a store rep. The store rep says yes we can size this ring for you. I am ok how much? Was given a price over the phone with my fiancé standing right there. And when I get the call its done I get there and its a different price than quoted. Let alone before I even have the ring in my hand I can see flaws so I say something about it. They begin to explain to me that because the ring is hollow thats why it looks like that. I shouldnt be able to see where repair was done! Or grind marks on a section of the ring that wasnt even supposed to be touched. They again say because the ring is hollow!!! Well yea I purchased the ring via eBay. So what. I brought it to you to be sized. And you failed horribly at this task. I can see the repair plain as day. And the grinding marks are bad enough you can feel them on your finger. Filed BBB COMPLAINT Unreal on how arrogant they were and claimed nobody in berks county pa would have touched that ring. Sad people just sad

Horrid customer service, questionable work ethic, unreliable. Went there for a simple watch repair (needed a new battery only). They took my watch on a Saturday, 20th of June, told me they would call with an estimate by Tuesday. Ok, I like supporting local shops. Friday comes, still no word, call them, say jeweler was on vacation will call back early next week. Fine. Another week goes by, still no word. Perturbed, I call them to hear it will now cost over $200 to fix?! For a battery replacement?! Apparently, like a shoddy mechanic, it requires a bunch of other parts (the watch ran fine, just wouldnt hold a charge). I declined their service told them Id retrieve it when I returned home. Five days later my wife shows up to pick it up, the watch is still apart from the "inspection". Wont be ready until "later". I come back a week later and for some ridiculous reason they went ahead and did their repairs even though we both said dont. So now they are going to take their parts back and I have to wait another week. IF I actually receive it next week, they will have had my watch for over a month. Last time they ever see our business.

I am shocked by the negative reviews as Ive never had anything but an amazing experience at William H. Diller Jewelers. I own many beautiful pieces of jewelry from this store including my exquisite engagement ring. Really, its breathtaking! My husband has purchased many gifts for me with the help of the owners and they have never steered him wrong as I love everything they have helped him choose. Not only that but Ive purchased many gifts for friends and family from here...even gifts for my bridesmaids and not only were they stunning but they came wrapped so beautifully it was almost a crime to open them! I would highly recommend this store. The owners are knowledgeable and helpful and do their best to ensure that you are leaving happy and satisfied plus its always fun to see what new gorgeous window display has been installed to match the season or holiday!

I have a expensive sports watch that the pin on the buckle broke. It was out of warranty so my choice was mailing it back to Europe for a simple repair or find a local jeweler. I took it to Dillers today and they repaired it in under 10 minutes while I waited. It took an extra-large pin which they had in stock. I was impressed and the cost ($10.60) was worth it. Big thumbs up. I can wear my watch again!!!!

If you need an engagement ring in Berks county, go to Dillers! I went in mid-December with the expectation of getting engaged on or before Christmas. John and the team made it happen. While my setting was being custom-made, John set the diamond in an alternate band to make sure my girlfriend became a fiance for the holidays. Excellent service, excellent experience, customized jewelry, great people.

I was in town for a wedding and needed to get a gift quickly and I was incredibly impressed with the large selection of unique wedding gifts. The employees were very friendly, helpful and suggested great gift ideas which my friends enjoyed. We ended up getting a custom silver platter and even had it engraved in time. I would highly recommend Dillers!

Great customer service and a friendly atmosphere! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting a piece of jewelry for a special life event. I found them to have quality products and a nice selection. I will definitely shop there again and recommend them to family and friends!

Horrid service. They ripped us off and were very rude. However a store nearby called London Blue will now have our business. Theyre much nicer than Dillers, friendly and honest people. I would not recommend Diller;s to anyone.

I would definetly come here again. I had bought a Pandora Bracelet with 2 charms and they had a wide selection of Pandora charms. Customer Service was excellent and very pleasant. I would recommend to anyone.
