My biggest regret of our new lives together is shopping here. Fiances ring lost a diamond 2 months after she got it. Still waiting to get it back. No phone customer service for zales they are only interested in new customers not keeping them. (Dial the main number and listen to your options). I feel sick to my stomach my wife to be is now worried diamonds are going to continue to fall out and this beautiful thousands of dollars ring just seems cheap. Even when bringing the ring in we witnessed a yelling match between another customer and staff. Thanks Zales

Workers are nice, store is clean and has a decent selection. Prices for jewelry are always more than Id like to pay :)

I come here to get my ring checked every 6 months. I havent had any issues. The people are always nice.
