First of all they took money from a minor for a tattoo of $60 said person did not ask for ID. When I, the parent called in after minor tried to get her money back. Was told Im an irresponsible parent. I asked for the persons name I was hung up on had to call back in I was then told she could bring her ID up to prove shes not 18 and at this point they will refund her. Now mind you this is after the underage person called in and ask to get their money back because they were told by parent that they werent allowed to get the tattoo and were told that they couldnt have their money refunded even though they were under age would not get parent consent. The owner Stephanie is horrible with customer service she should be more responsible in checking IDs before taking money from a minor and then accusing parents of being irresponsible. If I was being irresponsible she would have ended up with the tattoo that I didnt approve because apparently misery ink doesnt care about the age they just care about taking the money. Never will she get a tattoo there period when shes 18 shes free to get a tattoo but not there. Wouldnt even give them one star but there is no other option.

First tattoo done by Vince and wow! He works with you and explains every little detail while sketching and applying. He is an amazing artist. Takes his time, interacts with you and does an amazing job. Ive had many done by several artists but will be going to him for any next ones I want done. Also, the cleanest shop Ive ever seen.

I have all of my work done by Vince and since I have met my husband so does he now, Vince takes his time and does quality work and makes you feel so comefortable and what other artist can you have such intellectual conversation with, hes such a good guy as well. Vince youre a great artist, you rock man!!!

Vince has done a full sleeve for me over the years and I constantly get comments about how well done the line work and shading are. He always works with me to not only get exactly what I want, but also to make it all flow well together. Misery Ink is one of the cleanest shops Ive seen.

I got my first 2 tattoos there. Theyre perfect. I wouldnt trust any other shop to do the same. I have a butterfly and a rose with my name on my back. Im going back this month to get my dads name on my back.
