This location needs extra help... sometimes when I go in to purchase my oil for my car I have to wait for a long time for service genuinely because the other people dont even ask or say Ill be right with you so you have to pretty much get in where you fit in until someones available... what they need is a self-service line when you can check out your own products because theyre too busy helping other people thats coming in off the street looking up product information that takes a long time and they dont seem to have enough staff to satisfy the crowd that comes in the door for quick purchases

Worst run store ever anywhere, you come in and no one (sorry save one gentle man) even helps or asks if you need help, the most youll get is them pointing to the "area" your part is in. I came in on 3/18/17 at 8:30 an the chick working there, whom seemto be in charge wouldnt move a "muscle" to help us out. Dudes are talking together in a group just ignoring customers, except one guy (tall gentle man)busting his butt out side with the customers. And this is every time i come, i dont even come that often. Ill never come there again, lord willing if i can help it.

Very unprofessional workers I went into this store August 4, 2016 to order a hub bearing that wasnt in stock they told me it would be in on August 6 , 2016 that Saturday I went back and the part still wasnt there. It was only about 3 employees workin and no one acted like they knew anything. The one guy looked like he was on some type of drug or under the influence of something. I purchased some mirror glue after he rang me out he went outside and started rocking back and forth. This store is horrible Ill go to advance or Pepboys next time.

My car battery light came on I went to the AutoZone at Marshall rd asked can they check my battery and alternator the lady came out with the tool to check it it wasnt working she went back in the store got another tool to check she said it was the battery driving my car died AAA test it and said it was the alternator thanks lady at AutoZone cuz wouldve drove my other car not waist a AAA tow.

Compared to its sister store on 57th and Vine..... I was received with a hello and expeditious service. It was a matter of a 5 minute separation in the drive, but miles separate them in professionalism!!!! Love this store
