Great company horrible customer service. Was charged for a part that I did not get to leave the store with. I used my debit card for a purchase was charged for it through my bank account but they kept assuringme it did not go through on there end swipe again. Are you kidding me ???? I pulled it up on my phone showed the cashier and the manager but there customer service lacks so much they just kept repeating them selves you did not get charged by us sir! Well then the only conclusion I have is they take my money and say cant help you we did nothing wrong on our end. Thanks auto zone ! You really let me down.
