Some guys there really know their stuff, but some are just clueless. Pretty much like every other parts place nowadays. Advance is good for maintenance parts, fluids and the occasional sale items, but for larger purchases I tend to shop online. Brick and mortar auto parts places just cannot compete with online retailers when it comes to price and quality. But I will continue to shop here because I usually get friendly service and its a short drive from my house

They have the best customer service and easy returns here. I wont go to any other auto parts stores bc I got stuck with a $65 FOP remote I bought at pep boys bc I threw away the receipt but then totaled the car before I even opened the box. All I wanted was to exchange for stuff I could use and they wouldnt take it back. Never any problems at Advance Auto

I had a wonderful visit to Advance today. The employees were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They were so helpful I ended up spending more than planned. Great time from the two sales ppl to the manager. I highly recommend thhe Advance on Baltimore in Lansdowne!
