I had an experience where I was charged for more items than I actually bought. When I went in a few days later and talked to the mgr she told me she didnt believe me and I had no proof I was charged for items I didnt get. Then proceeded to tell me "something should of clicked" at the time of the sale. After being humiliated by the manager she finally agreed to let me pick out an item for the same price. Very unprofessional to insult your customers. Im a frequent shopper of the Goodwill and felt her comment was unnecessary and rude. This happened at the Royersford store but its been on my mind to do a review for a very long time. I would assume the same manager moved to the Trappe location. And the prices are really getting way to high. The things are given to the Goodwill and should be priced reasonably. In some cases you can buy things new for what they have items priced at. Lets make it more affordable and have positive friendly staff. Thanks.

Pros: • Great staff • Nice sized retail space • Excellent brand selection • Ample mens department • Clean and well organized for thrift store • Devoid of unsavory customers Cons: • Inconvenient location for non-locals • While there are many new and unused products. The pricing seems to be a little too high on those items. Overall it is my favorite Goodwill location in the Keystone network.

They get awesome stuff from target in this goodwill but its all a scam. They have a bunch of quilts from target and they forgot to take one of the target clearance stickers off. It was only $29 at target and goodwill had it marked to $49. They woman at the front was rude about it when I asked her if I could pay the target price....

The store is beautiful, spotless, and clean but they are the only best attributes. Overall the store is extremely expensive, and overpriced. Most of their items are salvaged and new open box items given probably from local retailers. There is hardly anything used in the store. It was a waste driving 30 miles to get there.

This store is high priced and some tags left from other stores are actually lower. The only reason I go there is because Ive found some decent shoes there even though the selection is low. The other unfavorable thing is that everything was sorted by color which made it very frustrating to find things.

Goodwill figured out people resell there items now they mark them so high that there is no room for profit.. its hilarious because everything is now staying on the shelves due to the high prices haha so is it really worth it goodwill?

Overpriced, litterally get salvage items from target with target price tag still on it however they price it higher. Why would I pay more for something then it was selling for at target? I used to love coming to the goodwill.
