I had always wanted a pair of jeans from Hollister I would always see some friends and family with them however I was always heavier and could never fit their stuff so I was never able to get them. I just lost all the weight and I can know fit smaller clothing however the review on these jeans shows they run small and I have hips cant lose those so I just didnt try until I saw they have advanced stretch jeans and I was super excited and order a few pair right away after reaciving them I tried them on and they fit prefect they where the best jeans I have put on in a long time however they where to short I than noticed they came in size regular which being 59 doesnt work for me so I quickly went online to see if I can reorder them in tall and did not see that option I called customer service and she could not update me as to why are when they would be available in tall I also tried the chat room who gave me an answer of never which was sad to say the least. I really want to say in this day and age that a company should try and make some different avenues for others to enjoy their products it is to have lost the weight however if you are naturally curvy with hips and bum you cant do anything about it and if your legs are longer than others I cannot be shorter. I would love to reorder these jeans but I would need a length in tall so just a suggestion but the advanced stretch was an amazing idea and I did let my shorter friends with hips know so they can purchase these amazing jeans.

The ambiance of the place is great. The service was a little poor. I noticed a difference in the way they treat some customers. Also, the promotions are a little misleading. The prices for items need to be more clearly marked.

The ambiance is good but the saddest part is the men who work there dont even know how to treat the customers and they dont even have the patience to answer the customer.
