UPDATE (5 stars to 4 stars): Because this store is so close to my work I will continue to go here (though not as often) but its getting to the point that I will only buy things when they are marked down 50% with the color of the day. Whoever is currently pricing in this store seems to be trying to reach some sort of profit mission, because any item worth purchasing, specifically in the homewares section, is frustratingly over-priced. I saw a green glass cookie jar priced for $25, a set of 5 glasses that, despite missing 1 glass from the 6-piece set, was priced at $15 when I just purchased two of the same brand glasses with all 6 pieces included for $3 each, and lastly a set of saucers without the tea cups available was priced at $13. I guess Id like to see an increase in $$ going to the community along with this price increase - and it is something I will be keeping my eye out for to determine whether I continue to shop here or not. ----- This place has an overall low score because of past reviews that mention a time when this store wasnt open... But now it is and I wanted to make sure it received the score it deserves! This is one of my favorite locations: its clean, well organized, and I could spend hours in their housewares section. Tons to choose from and the staff is very friendly! Well deserving of 5+ stars!

Undoubtedly the best Goodwill I have ever been to. First of all the store is well organized, clean, well lit and very pleasant to shop in. Secondly the staff is friendly and courteous. Manager Daniel is always very helpful and will cheerfully assist or answer questions. But most of all I always find the best stuff here!

I find good stuff here every now and again, from clothing to housewares and even some random cds. My only complain is the housewares section can be super messy sometimes, and employees will put new items out on top of a pile of unorganized stuff on a shelf, adding to the clutter.

The manager, Daniel Gonzales is very friendly & helpful and goes above and beyond the call of duty. He assisted my daughter when she experienced car trouble in the parking lot. I have nothing but good things to say about this store and its employees.

I live near the Berwyn location. Why did they stop allowing us to pick up at the store. Sounds dumb and adds $$ to the bottom line that only profits the US Postal Service and adds labor time to the pleasant staff. Boo Hiss
