I go here a lot and I agree with the other reviewer....it is picked over by the employees. The clothing that is there is all stained or has broken zipper, missing buttons, theres NO toys, no baby gear, not many new items. I rarely leave with anything when I go in there. The other bad thing is the cashiers. You always stand and wait at the register for a cashier to take their sweet time to get there. Theres no bell to ring for service so you just wait and hope someone sees you standing there.

I have been shopping at the Royersford store for year. The staff was great, prices good and although the store was small it had a wide variety of items. I was very sad when the store closed recently so I thought I would visit the phoenixville store. The store is large but there was not as large a variety of items as I was used to in Royersford, many items were overpriced, and the staff was not as friendly.

It is okay, seems clean, I just wish theyd stop organizing wares by color, that system is just ridiculous. Some items were over priced, others were fair, as usual for Goodwill, I managed to find a few items. I would not go out of my way to come here, but if Im in the Phoenixville area again, Ill stop by. The store is in the mall with the Giant supermarket.

For the employees, one of the perks of working at Goodwill must is that they get first dibs on what comes into the store. After they have taken what they want there isnt much left. A thrift store is a thrift store, so I dont expect much. And this particular Goodwill branch delivers even less than that.

Great store! Just wish you would put more vinyl records out so I can buy them. The Exton store has about 300 to 400 out at all times. Phoenixville has only 20 or 30 out most times. Please put them out to give us locals a chance to buy them. Then you can send them to another store. Still a great store!

I love this Goodwill. They always have great clothes, some designer stuff too! You just have to take your time to look through. Its like panning for gold... keep looking and youll find something great! The furniture selections are also really good. Great prices and selection on all accounts.

They have a large variety of clothes and random items for the household from used appliances to smaller pieces of furniture. They keep their inventory organized making it fairly easy to locate what you are looking for. I have found a lot of good name brands for a very fair price.

Never before had I been coming to this store and get closer to my family just to yell and they were going to close and scaring my son with his cries is not correct .. Today July 20, 2016 at 8:50 pm I think Phoenixville .. You need to be improved with the service!

I only go here to nerf thrift so its kinda just about the toy section. Very good pricing if you find a good deal which you dont get that often mostly its nothing guns I already have or overpriced VERY OVERPRICED $5 Mavericks $10 firefly come on goodwill

Pretty good selection. However, even though things are supposed to be organized by size, I have found that many many things are put in the wrong section. Also, many prices on the clothes seem inflated by a few dollars for no apparent reason.
