The cashier was horrible to say the least ..... I spent at least 20 minutes folding all the clothing I was about to purchase so that all the tags were sticking out so nothing needed to be unfolded. When I got to the check out counter, the cashier literally picked up each piece and threw it on the counter and when I asked her if she could please keep them folded, she said with an EXTREMELY unnecessary rude tone, "I cant see the tags so Im unfolding everything and Im going to throw it all in the bag anyways" and the manager just stood there and didnt say a word. She was very rude for the entire checkout experience. Then, once I got out to the parking lot, she jammed all $50 worth of merchandise I purchased into one bag, so my bag of course ripped in the parking lot, so I then had to go back into the store to get a new bag, which I went directly to the same manager that witnessed her being so rude to me. I explained that my bag ripped and I needed a new one. He then hands me a black trash bag instead of a regular bag. And doesnt speak one word to me. I frequently shop at this store mulitple time a week and am completely appalled at the service I received. I very much hope that you will address this issue, because if service like that continues, I will never shop there again and will definately be letting my friends and family know that the service there is that terrible. The name of the cashier was Kierstin H. and the managers name was James B.

Very rude worker. We drove through on the way to NY stopped got stuff and wanted to go back on the home to VA. We wanted to grab something that we didnt pick up the first time. We walk in the guys at the door was like we close in 10 mins. Which was fine because we knew right where we needed to go. Then we were stopped by another worker and he said we are closed. I was like your hours are till 9. He just kept arguing with me that they were closed. And, to come back tomorrow. I was like the item is 10 feet away. Just kept arguing. Then he said the register closes at 9. Then I said there is no reason I cant grab what I came in for real quick it would take 2 seconds. He then was like go get it then. I was like I would have been out of here already if you didnt sit here and argue with me. Needless to say we didnt spend any money because of that guy.

Its Me

Was shopping there Wednesday May 31. I recently had to take a low paying job and my house is in foreclosure so my funds are very limited. I was greeted by veterans asking for donations. I replied not today, thank you. The man asking for donations got very hostile with me asked if I was a veteran and then made a very derogatory remark and the people around the table all started laughing. Very surprised by their comments. Surprised also that CATS would allow people like this on their property. I wont be going back!!! Wish I knew what organization it was begging for money. They are the true bad guys!!!!

I love this place! You have to make time to go through everything, but the prices are ridiculous and I actually enjoy the challenge of finding something good! Plus we should do our best to reuse what is still good. I bought all the decorations for my daughters bridal shower here. I planted annuals in old teacups, found all kinds of trays, plates and even birdcages. I paid a fraction of what it what cost for new. Thanks Community Aid. Reduce, Recycle, Reuse while helping others. Perfect:)

Huge selection!! Well organized,but would be nice to have clothing arranged by size to minimize going through each article. You could spend a lot of time of in this store. You will certainly find several bargains. The checkout is extremely quick and efficient!! They have a game area for kids and a sitting area. Great hours and this store and company does amazing things for the community and charity.

unfriendly staff, rude management.... terrible deals ......bad prices..... I can pick stuff up in the mall for these prices.... dont waist your time. This is a horrible place to shop..... half of everything is torn or broken or totally defective. They sell electronics knowing they dont work, too!

Its a thrift store. You know some things are going to be heavily used. Some things are a little overpriced, but its still not bad. Its a great place to buy cheap play clothes for kids, that you dont have to worry about them getting them dirty.

My first time at the store was a few days ago. There was quite a variety to pick from. It appeared that things were in fairly good condition, prices were comparable to other thrift stores. I look forward to going again when I need something.

Lots of good clothing, accessories, household goods, furniture, etc. at very fair prices. Large assortment of everything. Bargains to be found everyday. Cheerful and friendly staff. This is an enormous store with something for everyone.

EVRYONE WHO SAYS THIS A BAD PLACE TO SHOP IS CRAZY!!!!!!! Ihardly ever find anything that doesnt work. And deals ok they are great you could get something at Justice for $20.00 and you could get it for $3.00 there. AWSOME!!!!!!
