Mall is small and has some empty spots inside, but the stores that are here are really nice! Boscovs has been here a long time and consistently has a great selection and lots of great deals. Be sure to check out there tent sale in the summer in the front parking lot. Michaels is newer and is a wonderful craft store. Kohls is also newer and has great clearance items and usually has coupons for super discounts of up to 30% off. The Grocery Outlet has tons of great deals too. Harbor Freight has affordable tools that are good quality. Coney Island, Subway, and the Brothers Buffet are good restaurants for a quick meal.

Its empty now but now that the Schuylkill mall 4 close down this one should be filling up soon so this will be a wonderful place to go shopping and the parking lot is a disaster zone you need a four-by-four vehicle to drive through the parking lot I do not recommend taking an expensive car or a nice car through the parking lot there is 4 ft deep holes in the parking lot in like 5 foot wide

Its a little disappointing that out of the two malls in the area, this one will be the victor in surviving longer than the Schuylkill mall. It has a lot to do with having marginally better management and leasing staff and the fact they did a huge overhaul of the place about 10 years ago while there Schuylkill mall just floundered.

One word to describe this mall. TINY! But thats okay for a smaller city like Pottsville. With its competitor up the street closing, Fairlane Village fares a chance of getting some newer & better stores, as its the only real mall left in the county.

Practically empty... all the stores are leaving in droves. However, if you need a haircut check out the Regis Hairstyles they have up there and ask for Vanessa. Best of the best. Also, the Michaels is nice and the Kohls is handy.

It may seem a little dead at first but with Kohls and Michaels its really made it worth visiting every weekend. Theres a few stores inside but usually Ill go to Brothers Buffet and walk around the mall enjoying the sights.

Its in a convenient spot.Love Boscovs and Rue 21.There are also shoe stores for every budget,sport stores and food.It is a smaller mall but convenient with lots of growth potential in the right hands.

The anchor stores keep it alive. It is small but clean, I love Michaels, kohls, and the coney island hot dogs. They also have a boscovs and an AT&T store.
