This is the reason why I shop online, the music that was playing was so loud coming out of broken speakers. Cafes had nothing but muffins.. shopping for a pair of common white Capri shorts no one in the mall carried. Was listening to how rude and un-attentive the employees were especially at the customer service desk to a handicapped customer at Kmart. Kmart looks like a thrift store as did TJMaxx. I was told not to turn my back by a store clerk at different shops because my purse would be stolen.. obviously they have issues with this.. but not one of them asked me if I can help! I will not be returning to this poorly staffed strip mall

Small regional mall that is in the midst of facing the competition of all other indoor malls with the squeeze for shoppers against competing power strips. The mall has taken an approach of filling vacant storefronts with locally owned specialty shops. This results in a smaller community feel; however, it has become less of a destination for me as I havent the need to frequent the local vendors for impulse buys versus my actual need for a specific product and specialty vendors.

Boscovs has a really good selection of dress shirts. I wear suits most days and its unusual for me to find a place that carries 54xl jackets and suit pants that fit me off the rack. They also carry 18.5 x 37/38 dress shirts...Macys doesnt, JC Penny doesnt, most major department stores dont carry these in store. The rest of the mall is dated, but there is a TJ Maxx moving in and Old Navy as well. Not the best mall but it beats driving up to Wilkes-Barre or Scranton.

Im very happy with the selection of stores and usually always find what Im looking for. I can only get there on a Friday or Saturday night. My problem is, there are way too many kids hanging out there. I say kids because they are only 12 and 13 years old. They are rude, loud and obnoxious! They arent purchasing anything either. They need to do something about this! I never allowed my daughter to do this and I wasnt either. More security needed.

This place is like any other mall in any town, the people no longer go there to these places like they used to do ten or twelve years ago. If you go to a mall these days, you will find the stores inside empty, only with the employees anxious to sell you anything. Today, the people prefer to shop online. The technology is changing everything around our lives. Thats the pure and simple reality.

I always love going to the mall to walk around and shop but I think better stores should be put in , its always great to go to the mall when your doing your Christmas shopping this way you dont have to drive around to different places , the kids play area is great they did a great job on that and the sitting areas to relax is great too

Dont get me wrong its the only mall within 30 min. Of Hazleton but its not the same as it was growing up. The mall struggled for a little while but it seems to be picking back up. I dont always go to the mall but when I do I usually find whatnim looking for.

This mall is enjoyable and has better food than they used to. A new spot called cookfellas just opened up and has a huge variety of delicious food. The mall is kid friendly and has an area just for them.

This is a pretty alright mall. Theres a really good Italian eatery and a nice kids area. Sometimes they host free events, like hula hooping at Christmastime or other family friendly things.

The soft play area for the kids is great and clean. Auntie Anns pretzels are very good also. By far this is one of the better malls in the area that you dont have to drive an hour to get to.
