It is a Sallys so you know what to expect. The staff was friendly but not very informative. It used to be that you had to have some cosmetology background to manage the stores, now I guess anyone can work there. I like to stay ahead with the new trends for my clients I guess it is YOUTUBE videos now.. I still gave it 4 stars because I understand retail industry changes and cant base a store review over the companys new direction.

I came in to get hair dye and needed some help, but the employees were no where to be found. They were carrying on in the storage area and never bothered to ask me if I needed help. I ended up leaving very upset.
