There are no testers and no manners here. I asked if I could try on a few specific colors...got a rude "NO" and a lecture. I was informed that this is store policy, which is fine. However, the way the salesgirl enforced it was unacceptable. After lecturing me, she then blocked me from seeing the rest of the store! (The lights were also off, which I found odd.) Having been at a different Sallys earlier in the day, I was excited to make a purchase when I walked in. After my visit, I was excited just to leave! So I took my business elsewhere...directly to their competitor in the same strip mall. I cant speak for the cleanliness of the store or the quality of the products, so Im willing to give them the benefit of the doubt...but I definitely wont be back to check!

I got wax from Sallys and didnt like it so I went back in to see if I could return it. I didnt have the wax with me but the lady was so polite and said "of course" I said "I dont think I have the receipt" she said "thats okay

I have never experienced any negative situations with any of the staff. They are more than helpful and quick to serve your hair and beauty needs. Keep up the great works Sallys staff ! Merry Christmas to you all!
