Called office on Tuesday and had an appointment by Friday. Office was located next door to childrens pediatrician and since I had an appointment to take baby to see doctor, I was happy that I could get an eye appointment for the same day. Made appointment for 10am, but realized on Thursday that my childs appointment for for 10am also. Called and rescheduled eye appointment for 12:30. I went to childs appointment and was finished by 10:30. Went next door to eye doctor and didnt have to wait until 12:30. They saw me right away. The doctor was very nice and professional and the office staff was nice as well. Had my eye exam and picked out glasses. Was walking out of the door by 11:10. I will definitely recommend this eye doctor to anyone. I had a very positive experience.

Took frames I bought from store years ago in for a tint because I continue to like the frame. Was given very good customer service before minor work was done and I spent my money. Took frames back to store for possible adjustment and was treated with very negative attitude and demeanor from staff member who gave the good customer service before Id spent my money. Very unprofessional and down right rude. Theyve lost me as a customer, I have bought several pair of glasses over the years from this location, I was very disappointed and will not recommend or return to this store.

I thought they were very nice here at first... when I ordered my Acuvue contact lenses, they told me my order was $90. I asked if that total included boxes for both eyes and they said yes. I said great! Then when my contacts came there was one box. I dont think they lied but obviously the communications skills in this office are the pits. Plus $90 for a 90 pack of Acuvue Most Daily contact lenses is super expensive. Its usually $120 for 2 boxes. Even 1-800-contacts is cheaper than this place at $70 per box. Go elsewhere.

"Do I have to wear glasses like you?" I asked. "Yes" my mommy replied, and we were off to Tru-Site for a new pair of plastic pink glasses fully covered by my insurance. Ive been going to Tru-Site since my mommy realized I couldnt see! Now Im 24 years old and I just picked up my new Caramel -colored Marc Jacobs frames with poly-carbonated lenses! Truly Phillys most comfortable and friendly Eye Store...Ill never leave!

I liked this place at first. Then I went in when I started having problems with contact lenses they gave me. The doctor talked down to me and treated me like I was an idiot. He did a cursory exam and made comments about the value of my clothes that was completely uncalled for. I will never go back to this place. What a bunch of douchebags

They were very efficient and friendly. I could get an appointment right away, I didnt have to wait at the office, and my glasses arrived in only three day. They helped me sort out my insurance and the doctor seemed very competent. I would definitely recommend it.

Ive been coming here over a decade! Even under new management, the staff continues to be friendly, professional, and efficient. I always recommend Tru-Site Optical.

These folks are always friendly when I go in. They have adjusted my glasses for free multiple times, and the optometrist is great. I would recommend this place.

So my 6 year old needed an exam, and I have to say the dr. was extremely caring and gentle with her. Kudos to the great selection of frames too
