Ive been to this Starbucks about five times. The coffee is mediocre compared to any other Starbucks location Ive been to. In addition to that, the staff are sloppy and rude. Three times the staff has messed up my friends drinks and once when my friend corrected them, the woman was rude and refused to go to the back to get the different ingredients to fix it. I guess its because this Starbucks is not in the city so they dont hold their store to the same standards.

Abysmal service. I spent 10-15 minutes waiting in a line with only two people ahead of me. I had to wait 25 minutes for my beverage to be made. People who ordered after me received their beverages long before me. I cannot recommend this place for coffee. One would be better off finding a real coffee shop here in Chestnut Hill.

I had two sleeping babies in the car and called ahead asking if someone might be able to run my mobile order out. They did and I am forever grateful to this store, excellent customer service above and beyond for mommas

This is probably the dirtiest Starbucks Ive ever been to. There is trash and litter everywhere in the bathroom clearly have not been cleaned. I think part of the problem is they are very busy and have only one trash can

Good customer service but quite possibly some of the nastiest public restrooms Ive ever seen. They need to clean the toilet seats. Cannot believe what I saw. Dont use the restrooms here.

Just had one of the holiday paninis and so much better then last year. The stuffing was seasoned nicely and the turkey was tender(itwas a little dry last year)
