It actually kind of sucks because I go to this store all of the time. Just 10 minutes ago, myself along with another car pulled up at the same time. 7:55PM. The employee at the door was holding it shut and when myself and a female walked up he gestured as if we were not allowed in. I asked what was up and he said cant come in were closed. I said i need 1 tool youre the only store that has it I know where its at I just need to run in grab it and leave. The girl said she just needed jumper cables her car was dead in the lot. He said no we are closed and pointed to his wrist as if there was a watch on it ( there was not) I said youre really not gonna let us in we both need 1 thing and out and he said No. By now its 7:59pm, still not closed. He refused to let us in and he also refused to open the door to talk to us. The store closes at 8pm, not 755 and not 759. He refused to let anyone in even though there was still time before the store actually closed. Its 37 degrees outside and this female was left to walk to walmart for cables. (i gave her a ride) this is absolutely the rudest customer service I have ever experienced and he should %100 be reprimanded. I will be calling the store manager as well as the regional manager first thing in the morning. Disgusting.

I bought a welding machine and I didnt realized that this box was previously opened and parts where missing, when I noticed i when back to the store and try to resolve the problem but I was encountered by a manager by the name of Sandra and she was very rude, didnt even let me explain the situation because I didnt have the receipt on me at the time. I called the customer service trying to resolve the situation because is not fair to buy something from this place and raised product be imcomplete and get as an answer, there nothing that we can do for you. (That means i am stuck with a product that they sale that i cannot even use) I also put a complain on customer service, the person told me that someone was going to call me back and 48 hours, that was 2 or 3 weeks ago, and no one have contact me yet. When I bought this machine I pay for a membership for a year that I really regret, because if anytime that I have a problem with their merchandise I will get a nasty treatment, I better off lose my money and just never again buy anything from this store. Really bad experience I wouldnt recommend to no one.

Not just this store, but the company as a whole is just horrendous! They sell junk products that dont work out of the box and have the absolute worst return policy of any retail outlet. They ask for your phone number at every check out, send you an email to confirm your purchase, but if you lose a receipt your out of luck. Just bought it 20 mins ago and standing in front of the cashier who sold it to you? Oh well tough luck. Used a debit or credit card? Oh well tough luck. Then theres all the product that even if you have your receipt they wont return in store.. Oh you bought a broken item at a tent sale? Tough shot they wont return it. Bought a non store returnable product that didnt work when you got it home and paid with a debit card? Dont worry they will send you a check via pony express. Ill never spend another dollar in any harbor freight again.

I love harbor freights tools and any other store i get good support and help from the staff but the staff at franklin mills has no idea about anything they sell.I have to goto other stores to get intellagent answers and people who know the products. Guss the store manager is the biggest retard i have ever met , every question i ever ask him about the products in his store he knows nothing about. Sorry but you should know a little bit about the tools you sell if your selling tools! This guy isnt qualified to sell dodo to a fertalizer plant! Someone please fire this idiot and get someone who can help the customers.

I bought a miter saw stand on sat jul 16 was putting it together on sunday and the one axle wasnt threaded on 1 side so i took the part back to the store and was told by the rudest manager its not our policy to open another box to get a right piece to bring the whole thing back told her its 99% together i got an oh well, so i bought it back returned the whole thing now they lost a sale because of some stupid young dopey manager, i will buy elsewhere

I was in line at the store in Philadelphia,Pa. for 15 minutes and then a woman came up behind the counter and said we can only accept cash and I was next in line and that was so mean to send me away when they were filling out credit card by hand for the people that were right in front of me in line whyd she do the same thing for me !!! I spend a lot of money in store and online !!!!!!$$$$$$$$$$$ Not happy with your store

Hello, my husband shops regularly at your Franklin Mills store, this morning he needed some supplies to ffinish a counter top he needed for Monday, when he went to the counter he couldnt buy what he needed cause he only had a hundred dollar bill and no one would help him get change. .There was a manager on so he should have gotten him change, this is no way to treat a on going customer. Very dissapointed and discussed!

This store in Franklin Mills is ok, a lot neater in these past years than the free for all it used to be with missing parts, opened items etc. Still reasonable compared to Amazon or Walmart nearby. Ive only experienced one product failure which actually didnt fail but a terrible design. I use the tools as they should without any complaints and will be my go to store. Love this place.

Cant beat the prices on most items. As far as quality and durability goes some things are great, some you may only get 1 use out of, others youd be lucky to get 1 use out of. If youre unsure search for reviews there are plenty out there.

This is good place to know. Hardware accesories are really cheap compared to home depot or lowes. Do not expect same quality machine nor tools. People come here for bargain priducts.

Its the place to go when you need a tool or many tools in a hurry at low low prices. I would love to spend a fortune in this place and get atleast 2 - 3 of everything in this store.
