I have been taking my dog here for basic needs and some grooming here & there since she was a pup (we have had her since 2008). The employes are helpful if I have a general question or a question about the health of my dog(whether it be a weird rash or some bump on her). Getting her nails clipped only ever takes 5-10 minutes and the groomer genuinely seems stoked to take your pet! Overall this store in this location functions just fine and is well priced on certain items. Only reason this location has a couple bad reviews is due to crazy south phila women that humanize there pets.

This is my first ever review and it is for Neil the groomer I have been taking my over 8 year old Cavalier to get his nails cut and he is the best !! In the past i had them cut by other groomers and even a vet technician who did his heartworm testing recently and made not one but 3 nails bleed that day ,it was awful...i wont let anyone else beside Neil touch his paws again . Also they are very knowledgeable on the different kinds of food specifically needed for your pets .i have 2 cats who require different food for their weight n ages...Good people at doggie style!!!

Ive been bringing my dog here for the last two years, every month, to get her hair slightly trimmed. This time when I brought my long-haired dog, they completely shaved her. I was so appalled by what happened, that I broke out into tears. I told the employees I did not ask for this. Not only did the employees at Doggie Style refuse to apologize, they told me I was lucky I did not have to pay. Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer. I want everyone to know about this incident, in hopes that another dog will not be a victim of Doggie Styles incompetence.

This place has tons of stock so it is always fun to bring my dog in but Im never impressed with the customer service and I have been charged incorrectly a few times but what is most concerning is the amount of medical/behavioral/nutrition advice I hear in there that is flat out wrong and in some instances, dangerous. It is one thing between customers it is another when the staff (no medical or behavioral training) is doling out insane advice.

Courtney groomed a foster pup for me today. He came in as a stray, and was pretty rough around the edges. She gave him a perfect Yorkie cut, and he looks just like an adorable teddy bear!!! She was so sweet and gentle with this senior boy! He will be adopted in no time! Thank you, Courtney, for being amazing with Ollie and with my own fur baby, Pete!

Doggie Style? *giggles* Now that thats out of the way—you have to admit its a clever name—this store is awesome! I went in recently to get my friend a gift for her dog and they have a lot of cool items. I cant comment on their grooming services, but definitely a cool place for animal lovers to hang and shop.

I took my puppy for his first grooming session. I asked for a short puppy cut because we were dealing with a mild case of flees. When I got him back his cut was choppy and I noticed that he had a small cut on his stomach. It wasnt terrible, but I most likely will not be returning.

Worst customer service, employees had no sense of direction. And poor customer satisfaction skills. I believe a 12 yr old could do a better jobs then the lazy employees who hold jobs there. Overall i was disgusted. I walked instead to monster pets.

Was not happy with pet smart grooming any longer and my cousin recommended doggie style and LOVE it there. Neil is my Scrappys groomer and he is awesome, and everybody is so friendly. Great place I will never go any where else.

although a bit expensive, they have a really wide selection of food, toys, and pampering services for those who want the best for their pets. conveniently located. you can bring your pets, too.

Love this cute pet shop! They are well stocked i supplies and always host rescue dogs up for adoption. Theres also a really sweet resident kitty who lives there :)

Horrible place... They should be shut down for their poor sanitary, they dont keep clean for the dogs that are put in window for adoption.
