Very disappointed, having four dogs including a senior I found a wonderful selection of items, yes over priced,. However accessible. My disappointment came when I was not given the courtesy and charged the items cost, as "price as marked" though incorrect. A shame Have easily spent a few hundred $ here, Bc i feel it is important to patronize small business. I will no longer. All items people can be found on Amazon for same price or less. To bad "

Showed up an hour before they close to wash our dog. Apparently the dog bath closes 2 hours before the store closes. This information is "all over their website" according to the help but good luck finding it anywhere. We searched and couldnt find it. Waste of a trip to town and unpleasant interaction with the staff.

I had no idea there was such a wide variety or natural pet foods available. I try to take care of myself and I want to give my dog the best too. I love the bath tubs in the back, with a little dog its so much easier to put him in the small raised tub for a bath than chase him around the tub at home.

I love coming here! All of the employees are knowledgeable about different types of food for special animals. My cat has an immune disorder and they helped recommend food and that has seriously improved his life. They also sometimes have information sessions about things, like raw food diets.
