As a thrift shop connoisseur I can honestly say that I did not enjoy this Thrift store.. They have luxury name brand items, however they are all over priced for this to be considered a thrift store . The quality of merchandise in my opinion wasnt all the great. I definitely got the thrift store feel but not the thrift store prices. They had a lot of items that shouldve been thrown away instead of on the racks. On the brite side of things they did have alot of nice looking furniture that was reasonably priced & in semi good condition... I drove 45-60min (with heavy traffic) to get to this "Thift store" & unfortunately I was only able to stay 15-20min before i decided to give up on this place .. The mounds of soiled item & the pricey half decent things turned me off.. I wont be returning to this place but for those who decided to check them out I wish you a better shopping experience.

There are thrift stores, and than there is Impact. I have shopped at other thrift stores, but non compare to these. Love these stores, all 3 locations. Visit them at least once a week, often more. Found bargains galore, electronics, clothing, furniture, sports, utencils, you name it, its there. And, if somethings wrong, theyll take it back within 24 hours, full refund. Cant ask for better. Staff is super, really friendly, helpful, curteous, and professional. Having donated many things in the past, and intent on continuing doing so, the response was wonderful. The truck arrived on time, the workers excellent. Need say more?

We had impact come to our house to pick up some donations, when they took more then they were supposed/told to. We told them to take the bed which they did, but they also took the computer chair which had nothing to do with the set nor did it match in the first place. We told them to take our red chair, and they took the liberty of taking the pilot and blanket (such wasnt part of it) without even asking. We are afraid to ever use them again cause its seems like they take advantage of your donations all to make more money for them. Very disappointed.

Last year, this store was awesome....now, not so much. They have moved to a central donations distribution site, and the shelves are empty. I used to go to Impact once a week, finding 5, 10, even 15 things to buy! Now, I might find 1 thing worth buying. I only stop in once a month. The employees say they have no control over the problem, and that the managers dont listen to them. So listen up managers.....put more stuff on your shelves. Your mission is to work for the greater good - but you need greater goods in your stores. STOCK UP!

I love when you find things that are exactly what you need for an ok price but the older female employees can be quite rude. When they are about to close they start raising their voices saying "I cant believe they are still shopping..they have been told we are closing " This past weekend one of them walked around the store singing at the top of her lungs to Brahms Lullaby but changed the words to reflect the fact that they were closing. Very rude and disrespectful!

If your looking for something (anything), or desire a new project, check here first! With a seemingly, constantly changing inventory, you never know what your going to find. My personal favorite is the book section, but they have a bit of everything from furniture to clothing to electronics. By far my favorite thrift store to visit, especially considering the great staff as well.

My experience with the employees has been really great. Most of the employees are helpful and pleasant. I am concerned about the reason change of owners. We are used to quality items at a reasonable price, so we hope the prices dont increase to the point that it will no longer be feasible to shop at one my favorite places.

Employees in this store show negative behavior and make you feel unwelcome. Be aware CUSTOMES : employees have First Priority to buy anything in that store. Management Is Horrible. THEY HAVE THEIR EYES CLOSED. They practicing a BAD BUSINESS, they should go back to School.

Awful!! Wouldnt even give 1 star, but forced me to give something. They sent me a text coupon for 35% off, which had NO expiration date, but claimed it was 1 day only which was the day before... wouldnt honor or offer any resolution.

Pet Friendly!!!! The signs say service pets only, but I spoke to the manager yesterday, and he said anyone can bring any pet - no questions asked!!!!! So excited to be able to bring my pets shopping :)

Great place for used furniture that you can refinish and make your own. Just check it out! Your purchase helps charities. Plates glassware, nic nacs electronics. Vcr dvd players. Holiday decorations.
