This location has not been checking there expired items. On two separate occasions I have been there and they are selling to the public macaroni salad sell by 7/11/17 and Cole salad sell by 7/13/17. I reported at the front desk not a supervisor. I came later that night and I was there returning hot dogs expiring and I was hot dogs again expires on 7/4/17. Really!! Doesnt anyone routinely check items. This frustrating because I work a lot and when I have to return an item its a waste of time. I bought pork chops and the next day they were turning colors I didnt return it I took a lost on them because again I work a lot no time for this. I have started telling customers shopping to please check your items. I have burned by purchasing expired items and no one wants to wait in line for something that could of been alleviated if you could check on the expiration. Management needs to fix this huge problem.

Fantastic customer service from people who grew up and live in the neighborhood fast and prompt self-service checkout along with fully trained and overly capable cashiers and customer service counters. Providing you on your knees from food shopping to Western Union money order cigarette purchases money orders lottery tickets toys vegetarian and organic options Hotbar for on-the-go lunch breaks and so much more weekly specials available in circular online or in-store staff goes above and beyond what theyre expected to do on a daily basis. A former employee proud to call this giant the best place he ever worked at in his home shopping store for over 25 years the location just got larger overtime in the Years

Always people unpacking supplies blocking things you need. I worked overnight and that is when this should be taken care of, not when you need 2 things and youre there for 45 minutes dodging people lined up waiting on 1 thing on the shelf thats blocked. They ARE better than acme though. Not the bosses (also worked overnight in bensalem) who treat you like crap but at least Bensalem is cleaner than the levittown one. They moved in levittown because it was soo far gone there was no coming back and they still arent as good as their other location

It is always a great hassle to visit this store. I do have to say that the carts are finally fixed (mostly) but the rest is awful. Bag racks empty in the produce isles, carts of stock and cleaning carts left in the middle of the isles is just typical of this store. Sale items plainly marked but the items next to them at (presumably) regular price are not marked so how is one to know which is cheaper? Like I said, a typical frustrating trip at the Levittown giant food store.

My neighborhood store, it is clean, well stocked, and well maintained. They always have cool end caps and featured items which keeps things fresh. They even have a seperate organic section (made up if like 2 whole isles I believe) and the store is large so there is a vast selection of items in general. Produce, Meats, and Fish always seem fresh and the staff helpful. I cant speak too much to pricing comparatively but everything seems like decent value. Great supermarket.

I wanted to go see how the store looked. When I went in I saw that a lot of the shelves were empty. I also saw some rust on few of the shelves and I took a picture of that for example. Next I actually found a few pieces of produce that should be refrigerated on a dry good Shelf. That is pictured below as well as all the empty shelves that I had to walk by. Not to mention that this location also have mold in the mens restroom at one point. My advice go to Redners

Pretty nice store despite being on the edge of Levittown/Bristol/Croydon. Regular prices are affordable and savings are even better with a members card (which is free). Fruit and veggies are usually fresh; they even offer some exotic fruits. Staff is generally friendly and some of the cashiers are pretty cute.

this place sucks. The girl at self checkout does nothing but talk to her friends instead of helping. They also never have any baskets whenever I go in forcing you to get a cart because they want you to spend more. Robert Wagner the store manager is very arrogant and just cares about getting your money.

Big clean store. Wide aisles. Good selection. Very good prices. And as always with Giants, an extremely nice and helpful staff. When I was last there, the assistant store manager went way beyond the call of duty, ant bent over backwards to try and accommodate me. Definitely a a 4.75 out of 5.

They are very friendly, their prices on some items are good, i been there so many times i know where everything is. The only think i dont like is when i shop when they didnt stock the new items. Id go for plan greek yogurt and the location would be empty.

I bought strawberries. They same day, I brought them home and went to eat some, and found a moldy strawberry at the bottom. I dont trust their fruit here. And customer service at the self-checkout are completely not helpful. Stand there and does nothing.

Racist super market. Rep refused to give me a quarter for two dimes and a nickle. Very rude everytime I come to this supermarket I feel out of place and discriminated. I would rather travel farther and pay alittle more to shop where i feel welcomed.

Very organized, accommodating, willing to help you find what you need, and fast checkout service. Not to mention also. Fantastic gas rewards and the cashier makes you aware of what your current rewards are. Overall fantastic experience and store!

The best thing about this store is the cashiers and customer service desk staff are awesome and its minutes away from home. Otherwise, I almost always say, while shopping, "I hate this store" for a variety of reasons starting with beat up carts.

Great specialty departments, newer store, prices are competitive (just avoid gourmet section), aisle for organic/allergy items, decent bakery. They started out with security in lot and monitors to search aisle for items but then got rid of them.

They never have the small shopping baskets by the doors anymore. Like I saw in other reviews the expiration dates are not checked enough. Many times sale items are out of stock. They have the worst carts Ive ever shopped with.

Wife bought marinated shish kabob yesterday to grill and let me tell you, it was like chewing on a leather boot. If had the receipt I would returned them. And check the stroman hotdog buns. Green as in old w/date 8/27/17

Wonderful staff and a very clean store. They have a bad station next to the store where you can redeem your gas points. Giant has consistently been a favorite grocery store and this is one of the best in the area.

My weekly grocery store, shelves kept stocked, fresh cut lunch meat has many different options, love the routissier chicken salad and the Greek pasta salad. Has a fresh salad bar along with an olive bar.

Everyone is very helpful..the young man in produce went to get the green beans in the back. Victoria , my cashier was excellent. Fast and very friendly. Thank you for a great shopping trip !

Customer service is mediocre at best. They make you bag your own groceries. They never have enough employees available and the ones they do have available have no clue where anything is.
