I rented a power washer and realized once I took it home that it didnt work. There was no oil in it it wasnt idling. There was no more pressure than my garden hose. I called and told them its broke and that I want to return it and asked for a refund. They said they had to speak to a manager and theyd call me back. They didnt call me back. I called them and they agreed to credit my card. Two months later Ive not been refunded. They do very poor business. I dont believe they service their tools from the other reviews Ive read. I had to contact my bank and file a claim and they refunded my money and will be contacting this company and having them reimburse the money.

Not real happy with service. Setup to rent mini excavator with trailer. Went there beforehand to make sure I could tow it with my truck. They told me yes. I got there the day I was to rent it and they told I could not tow it. I would not have been upset but the fact is I made it a point to make sure I could tow it beforehand. Now I am losing a $1000.00 due to setup for percolation test and cannot have it done. I will never use them again and I am a contractor will definitely never recommend them to anyone. This could have been prevented with a little bit of knowledge by staff.

Staff(Nina) is Very knowledgeable ,helpful,and pleasant. I called for an auger rental,Nina asked what I was doing and made recommendation as to which auger I needed per my area I live. Equipment was in remarkable shape compared to other places I rented at previously. BAR NONE....I will ALWAYS be using American Rental in Lehighton from here on out. Top notch in EVERY aspect. p.s. job was completed with no issues ! Thanks American rental Lehighton !!!!

Great to deal with. Good customer service and reliable. I had a minor issue with an excavator and the owner came out on his own time, on a weekend, to correct it. They gave me a great rate for my inconvenience, and their delivery prices are definitely worth it. I have used this company in the past and will definitely recommend them in the future.

This company ripped me off! Will not return calls! Rented a chipper that did not function properly! Keep trying to handle the problem! I am now forced to take legal action to recover my money I lost for their failed equipment! They claim that hydraulic fluid was to cold! I rented the machine in 80 degree weather!
