Every now and then you come upon a company that is absolutely fantastic. That is the case with Gates2U. They are extremely helpful, know their products, produce well-made, durable and beautiful gates and take pride in their work. I ordered a mission style gate to go at the top of my steps to separate my recently adopted dog from my two cats. The gate is a work of art and was easy to install. It functions well and I can guarantee the strength of it because my bully mix has pushed against it with quite a bit of force and it doesnt budge. Also when I decided I needed an opening for the cats to be able to go through it, they talked me through how to construct that on the telephone. I am actually thinking of ordering a second gate to go on top of the other so that cats cant go over it at night. Sort of a "Dutch" gate. In any event, you should have absolutely no hesitation ordering a gate from Gates2U!

We are very happy with our gate! It now secures the top of a steep stairway where my mother took a fall this past summer. I now have peace of mind that these type of falls will be prevented in the future. The gate is of very nice quality and the order to delivery time was excellent! Gates 2 U provided us with the perfect gate! Just followed the directions on their site when "build your gate" and it fit perfectly. The craftsmanship was to the highest quality and the installation was straight forward. We have a large yellow Lab that we want to keep out from upstairs and a baby on the way that we want to keep in. The gate we got is the perfect solution and fits/worked just as we hoped it would! It matches our existing woodwork and looks much better than the store-bought compression gate we were using. So cool! I got gates in a golden oak finish, with slats close enough for my yorkies -- both a freestanding model and a hinged mission style. Good communications, and designing both of them was easy, including working with Gates2U to accommodate some molding in my doorframe area. Very happy with the results.
